Applications for women in active treatment for breast cancer will be accepted through our website only on the first non-holiday weekday of the month beginning at 8am Pacific Time. The application window will close when Provision Project’s Board confirms we have allocated all funds for that month.
Please note that Provision Project consistently receives more applications each month than can currently be funded. Applications will open again beginning at 8am Pacific Time on the first non-holiday weekday of each month for women in active treatment for breast cancer.
Please read ALL of these requirements needed for your application to be considered.
- Applicants must be in active treatment for breast cancer:

- You are currently receiving neoadjuvant chemo or radiation,
- You are within 3 weeks of breast cancer surgery, or
- You have a stage 4 diagnosis.
- Applicants must reside in the United States.
- Only online applications will be accepted through our website. Applications received via US Mail will NOT be considered.
- Provision Project’s ability to fund an application is based on donations received.
- Applicants must attach images of the invoices for which they are requesting funding. Provision Project provides funding on behalf of an approved applicant directly to the third party to whom monies are owed in the form of a check. No checks will be issued directly to the applicant for any reason.
- Applications may be denied for the following reasons.

- The application is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Provision Project is unable to confirm with the applicant’s oncologist that they are currently receiving neoadjuvant chemo or radiation, are within 3 weeks of breast cancer surgery, or have a stage 4 diagnosis.
- Funds are unavailable during the month in which the application is received.
